All the orders will be confirmed. On business days within 4 hours, in the case of holidays or vacations not later than 24 hours.
Orders are confirmed and executed in the order of receipt.
In case of those orders which are sent 72 hours before a telephone the planned journey, a prior telephone consultation is needed. The confirmation of orders received 72 hours before the planned journey will be confirmed depending on other orders and number of passengers.
We inform you about the exact departure time by telephone between 3.00 pm and 4.00 on the day before the trip. If the customer is not available on the given phone number until 4.00 pm, the customer is liable for any inconvenience caused by any changes. If the consultation cannot been concluded until the above date, please call 20 / 350-8888 for information. The service provider is entitled to modify the pre-agreed departure time by maximum -90 minutes until the day before the trip by telephone according to the incoming orders.
The order can be modified or cancelled free of charge 72 hours before the scheduled time of travel in case the modification does not effect the existing orders. If the order is cancelled within 72 hours, 50 % of the fare will be invoiced.
If the date of return is changed and it differs from the pre-agreed time and date, the change must be notified to our Customer Service 24 hours prior to the planned schedule. In case of this kind of modificatio it may occur that we are able to provide the service in a time that is different from the modified schedule.
When placing your order, let us know if you have more baggage than the normal luggage quantity ((2 bags / person). For the transport of non-standard luggages (in case it is feasible) we charge 1500 HUF (baby buggy, etc.). Dogs can only be delivered under 15kg in cage wearing a muzzle and only under surveillance.
The prices quoted in our current price list are based on departure from Dunaújváros. In case the place of the departure is another settlement, the prices will be negotiated with the customer in advance.
The travel time between Dunaújváros and Budapest Ferihegy Airport is 90-120 minutes on average depending on the road conditions and the season. The departure time will be defined accordingly. In case the passengers are collected from different places, the delay can be maximum 10-15 minutes. The route is always planned according to the received orders.

We do not take responsibility for punctual arrival at the airport terminal if the departure time is 30 minutes after the planned schedule due to the passenger fault..
WWhen collecting arriving passengers at Budapest Airport, maximum 90 minutes waiting time can be expected in case they return with consecutive flights. If the vehicle is unable to wait more than 1.5 hours for the delayed passenger, the delayed passenger will be informed of the time of departure of the next vehicle. In this case the waiting time might be even several hours!
Our driver will be waiting for the passengers at the arrivals hall of the scheduled airport terminal with a plate displaying our company's name. We do not take responsibility for any delays that are due to reasons beyond our control (roadblock resulting from roadworks, accident, other obstructions, etc.). However, we had planned optional routes so that we could overcome such extraordinary events.
We take liability for damages when there is an evidence that those were the fault of our company and were arising during the ordered and paid service. Our driver should be notified about any luggage-related claims arising during our services. All the claims will be recorded.
The service will be provided by accepting the above conditions. The passenger accepts the travel conditions with placing the order, paying for the service and taking over the invoice. The invoice about the participation is the responsibility of the person who got the order.

The client acknowledges the travel conditions when applying for a trip, when ordering it, when receiving the payment receipt and when signing the the duplicate. In case a service ordered for more than one person, the person, who signs the documents, makes a declaration and contract in his/her own name and also in the names of the other passengers.
